Most maintenance engineers are within 1 hour of Major Cities & Towns, with only a small percentage being further than 2 hours.
Our response to emergencies & call outs is 2nd to none & you can be assured our professional response team will provide you with a speedy & efficient service for when those occasional problems do arise.
24 Hour Alarm Maintenance & Response
We provide a 24-hour call-out facility with all service contracts, should you need any advice or attention to the systems we are just a phone call away.
Our aim is to be on site for any call out with in 4 hours of receiving notification (98 % of sites within the hour). Our 24 hour service telephone number has our duty - engineer on stand by 24hours a day 365 days a year.
Approved Alarm Installation
We pride our selves on the installation work we carry out; all engineers are trained in customer liaison abilities, are trained to the relevant British Standards to carry out the work within regulation guidelines, and will comply with the current standards of Health and Safety & Care Standards.
A method statement & risk assessment is supplied prior to commencement of all works.
A project engineer is designated to oversee all works of a project from initial design through to hand over & completion.
